FAQ: BN Biscuits Recipe

1. Can I use a different filling for these biscuits?
Absolutely! If you prefer, you can try different fillings like chocolate ganache, hazelnut spread, or even a fruit jam. Feel free to get creative with the filling, but the classic vanilla cream works perfectly.

2. How should I store BN Biscuits?
Keep your homemade BN Biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. They’ll stay crunchy and fresh. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months. Just wrap them tightly before freezing.

3. Can I make the biscuits ahead of time?
Yes! You can make the biscuits and fillings ahead of time and store them separately. When you're ready to assemble, just sandwich the filling between the cooled biscuits. They’ll be just as delicious!

4. Can I make these biscuits gluten-free?
Yes, you can make these gluten-free by using gluten-free flour instead of regular plain flour. Be sure to also check the ingredients of your filling to ensure it’s gluten-free.

5. How can I make the biscuits extra crunchy?
For extra crunch, you can bake the biscuits for a bit longer until they’re golden brown. Just be careful not to overbake them as they can become too hard. Keep a close eye on them during the last few minutes of baking.

A childhood classic BN biscuit! I filled mine with chocolate frosting but can definitely be made with cream and raspberry too!
