  • 4g Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 150g Unsalted Butter
  • 30g Golden Syrup
  • 300g Plain Flour
  • 300g Caster Sugar
  • 240g Rolled Oats
  • 8g Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 300g Unsalted Butter
    • 45g Golden Syrup
    • 450g Plain Flour
    • 450g Caster Sugar
    • 360g Rolled Oats
    • 12g Bicarbonate of Soda
    • 450g Unsalted Butter

  • 0.5oz Golden Syrup
  • 5.3oz Plain Flour
  • 5.3oz Caster Sugar
  • 4.2oz Rolled Oats
  • 0.1oz Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 5.3oz Unsalted Butter
  • 1oz Golden Syrup
  • 10.6oz Plain Flour
  • 10.6oz Caster Sugar
  • 8.4oz Rolled Oats
  • 0.2oz Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 10.6oz Unsalted Butter
  • 1.5oz Golden Syrup
  • 15.9oz Plain Flour
  • 15.9oz Caster Sugar
  • 12.6oz Rolled Oats
  • 0.4oz Bicarbonate of Soda

  • Instructions

    1. Beat together the butter, sugar and golden syrup until lighter in colour and fluffy.
    2. Combine the flour, oats and bicarbonate of soda and make sure you mix well to incorporate all the ingredients together. It will be crumbly at this stage so set in fridge to set for 30 minutes
    3. After rolling your cookies around 1/4 inch thick, use a cookie cutter or large glass cut your cookies and repeat until mixture is all used up.
    4. Bake in preheated  oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheets.
